Putting a fresh coat of paint on the building doesn’t help if the business inside is taking on water. You can make the building look beautiful but you can’t decorate your way out of a sinking business. By the way, where is Andrew Smith? Can we invoke Amendment 25 in a private business?

Apparently the board has had enough and is ready to sell or shut down. In 4 yrs this company went from a shining star to trying to shine a turd. 99% of this downfall was because of the CEO

I hear they are up for sale, but they haven't won any new deals in so long that they might be going out of business. Even the board is giving up

RFPs recently lost. Board has not find the company. More people to leave. Word of advice: cut several high ELT positions. Let go of the COO, outsource HR and Legal. Get rid of the oCEO group. Take care of your workers. And assess and value contributors. Stop playing favoritism. Recommend BDT to conduct skip levels and read this site. Treat people nice.
